This is where it all started back in September 2006. This is the kind of neighborhood pizza shop you would find in midtown Manhattan, my home. It is mostly a takeout spot, but we have six stools inside for counter seating and a few tables outside. Parking is a challenge; however, you can park anywhere on the sidewalk, at the other businesses, on the street, or in the neighborhood. We are open late to take care of your cravings.
I grew up in NYC. Pizza to me is a comfort food and something that is more than just something to eat. It is not a fancy food. It is a delicate balance of crust, sauce, and cheese. Without this foundation in place, you can't make great pizza. Many places pile on ingredients and toppings that tend to confuse the palate -- we do not do that.
